Services

JB Mohler Snowplowing provides residential snow plowing and walkway clearing services in Lancaster, Clinton, and Bolton, Massachusetts. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and route capacity. Contacting me for a quote does not guarantee service — availability depends on my current route.

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. I make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, but I don't guarantee that everything is always current or error-free.

Liability

Snow plowing involves inherent risks including but not limited to property damage from hidden obstacles, ice-related incidents, and weather-related delays. While I carry full insurance and take every reasonable precaution, I am not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, unmarked obstacles, or circumstances beyond my control.

Payment

Payment terms, pricing, and service agreements are handled directly between myself and each customer. Specific terms will be discussed when you request service.

Changes

I may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
